1. Introduction
Welcome to the Botaniq Method Loyalty Program, The Energy Circle. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Loyalty Program ("Program"). By joining or participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility
The Program is automatically available to all customers who subscribe to any of our subscription-based women’s energy supplements. By activating a subscription, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

3. Program Details
The Energy Circle rewards our loyal subscribers with tiered discounts and exclusive perks based on the number of subscription orders.

a. Loyalty Tiers and Benefits: Tier levels and the associated benefits will be published on our website and may be modified at any time at our discretion.
b. Active Subscriptions: To remain enrolled in the Program, your subscription must include at least one order every three (3) months. Pausing or canceling for more than three months will mark your subscription as inactive.
c. Inactive Accounts: Inactive subscriptions will lose access to any Loyalty Program benefits until reactivated.
d. Re-subscribing: If your subscription is canceled and you later resubscribe, your Loyalty benefits and order count will reset to the beginning. Repeated resubscriptions may result in ineligibility for certain perks.
e. Adding Products: Any product added to an active subscription will automatically receive the subscription's current loyalty discount. Products purchased separately (outside your current subscription) will begin a new subscription cycle and start with an order count of one.

4. Termination of Membership
Botaniq Method reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, without notice or liability.

5. Changes to These Terms
We may update or change these Terms and the Loyalty Program structure at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective once posted on this page. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by participation or inability to participate in the Program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Botaniq Method is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. By participating, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with them.

At Botaniq Method, we are committed to providing a secure and fair shopping experience for all our customers. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit, reject, restrict, refuse, or cancel any order—either in full or in part—at any time and without prior notice. If your order is canceled, you will be refunded any amount already paid.

• The product is out of stock, unavailable, incorrectly priced, or listed in error.

• There is a misspelling or pricing mistake related to the product or order.

• We are unable to authorize or process your payment.

• The billing, payment, or shipping information you provided is unverifiable or incorrect.

• Shipping restrictions apply to the product in your region.

• You appear to be ineligible for a promotion, discount, or purchase based on program requirements.
